Individual Support Trainer – Maddington – WA

About the Division 

Our market leading RTO continues to expand the operations across Australia. This rapidly expanding organisation now requires a passionate Individual Support Trainer to join the team and deliver Certificate III in Individual Support to train and support students in both classroom and practical placement environments. This is a full time job opportunity.

About You

  • You will hold a Certificate IV in TAE; Training and Assessment TAE40110 and Certificate III Individual Support CHC33015
  • Have current Industry experience
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, with a flexible and adaptable attitude in a diverse work environment
  • Be a dynamic trainer with the ability to engage all learner types and levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Great time management skills
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Valid Working with Children’s Check

About the Role

  • Filling high volume client job orders
  • Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships
  • Recruitment and selection of casual employees
  • Maintaining active candidate base for customers’ needs
  • Administration tasks as required
  • Rostering and monitoring  OT across multiple sites
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure seamless on-boarding of new casual employees

About You

  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment

  • Flexible with hours of work as you will be required to work either a 6am-3pm shift or 9am-6pm shift

We have clients who are International Leaders in their field and Customer Service is our priority! This role is based in our key Labour Hire division.

About the Role

You will be primarily responsible for client account management and coordination. You will also be the guide and mentor to existing staff, up to six members.

  • Attending client meetings, being the face of the business
  • Monitoring recruitment by supporting consultants and account managers
  • Client liaison and account management ensuring high quality customer service
  • Building professional rapport and working relationships with employees and management across all levels
  • Reporting tasks as required
  • Assist with filling high volume client job orders

About You

  • Proven experience working in a recruitment environment
  • Min 3 years recruitment experience
  • A solid understanding of the importance of a professional, yet personal approach to relationship management
  • Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills
  • The ability to work well as part a small yet highly efficient team
  • Your own transport as you will be attending site visits
